GHT has been receiving error messages from FA that campaign IDS are not being assigned to leads from the campaign inquiry forms. I think this may be a connectivity issue with SF, but could this also have been caused by the migration? I’ll forward you an example of an error message.
Since the migration, the database seems to run much slower on complex queries – when it needs to pull lots of records from more than one table – on the program application pages this happens mostly in the related posts widget – so as a short term fix I’ve removed that from the site.
I’ll speak to WPE about the health of the database and then work on optimizing the way in the related widget searches and caches queries – and when that looks good I’ll re-introduce it.
