I have not been able to replicate this issue – my apologies – but I can’t tell what’s amiss here. I’ve successfully submitted this form twice:
yet one of our participants claims he has problems hitting the “submit” button at the bottom despite filling out all of the required fields. I have had no trouble submitting in both Chrome and Safari browsers (I believe he is using Chrome based on his screenshot).
Is there a maximum amount of text allowed in these fields? Any ideas of what this could be?
We can’t see any errors or conditional logic that would hide the submit button – I think this was either a very specific browser issue or just a user entry problem.
I’d report back to GCI that the form seems to be working fine, but that they should keep an eye open for future issues and report them..
