Kelsey has been having problems with user activation. She says she has to approve most of them twice, because they still appear in “pending” after she initially approves them from the email. She has to approve them again through the Users tab in the dashboard in order for them to be approved.
We’ve done some deep testing and research into this issue and it’s coming up as a bug in the Gravity Forms Registration add-on – but it’s a hard one to nail down and they will resist helping a bit, I imagine – so you’re going to have to bare with us while we work to get this resolved.
We’ve opened a ticket and run updates on GCI so they can test against the latest plugin versions and have no easy way to push the bug back to us.
