Lauren: “When I clink on the “Manage Sign Up” link in my email that’s supposed to lead me to the new user registration page on the GCI, it brings me to a page that says, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page””
Q: This seems to be a problem on the website – the user registration plugin was updated – I’m going to need to do some work to find the cause.
We’ve updated the plugin on staging and corrected and updated our own integration plugin – this is now being tested with the aim to push it back to the live site shortly, before we start on the next phase of the update.
