GCI - General Reward hour logging issue

The Rewards dashboard page is not correctly displaying the hours awaiting approval under the “Awaiting” column under the General Reward. However, when clicking on the General reward, the hours pending approval do show up.

This issue was caused by a “long query” block on WPE – we’ve resolved this issue and this feature should be working as expected again.

    Hi there. This problem is still occurring on the GCI website. Hours are not showing up under the "awaiting" column under the Rewards.

    The fix that resolved this is still in place, so it's possible that WPE have changed something in their system - I will contact them to ask.

    There are also "zero" hours to moderate - so nothing to show in the lists.. as far as I can tell ( apart from some test submissions for ghclub )..

    We submitted a test hour and it showed up - so, we conclude that the system is working as expected.
